MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Country Club at the Meadows experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

Country Club at the Meadows Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about! 

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.

If you are locked out during business hours, the onsite team is happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, please inform courtesy patrol so they can reach out to our staff for assistance.

Our property offers covered parking at no additional cost.

Country Club at the Meadows apartment homes offer a plethora of amenities: 234 hour guard-gated, a full-time activity director, a monthly calendar of events, and a shuttle bus for all of your essential needs, as well as fun in the city!  Our residents love to call Meadows home. Instantly, when you arrive at the property, you will love the welcoming atmosphere of the community room, resident crafts, parties, and events, as well as dancing and Bingo! The property offers a beauty salon, fitness center, a heated pool, and spa, where you can relax and unwind, and so much more!

Country Club at the Meadows is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

At  Country Club at the Meadows, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING

Our goal is to approve all applications within 24-48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

At Country Club at the Meadows 55+ Senior Apartments, all residents are required to have renters' insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

For internet and cable providers, you can use your choice of providers, and the leasing office team is willing to help with contact numbers.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

At Country Club at the Meadows apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with NV Energy.

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

Country Club at the Meadows offers a calendar of Bus options as part of your rent!  We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are within close proximity to the community.

Country Club at the Meadows is within walking and driving distance to Superior Grocery, Trader Joe's Sahara Pavilion shopping Center! The Galleria Mall is also is close for you to enjoy a day with friends surrounded by excellent retail!

When reviewing an application to rent at Country Club at the Meadows 55+ Senior Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to two times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than six times (gross market rent).

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Country Club at the Meadows, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

Country Club at the Meadows is 24 24-hour guard-gated, so appointments are encouraged; however, we will accommodate all walk-in traffic.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community has a minimal noise level due to it being an active 55+ community, as well as its quiet location.

At Country Club at the Meadows, there are guidelines as to what is permitted. If you have questions about decoration ideas, call the leasing office for details!

At our senior apartments in Las Vegas, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and pet and, in select units, washer/dryer.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

We want Country Club at the Meadows to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
