I wanted to take a moment to express how much I truly enjoy living in my apartment. A big part of that is thanks to the incredible ... team here. ( Jamie, Brooklyn, Shilo, Ismael and Martin ) You all have been so welcoming, always ready to help with any questions and concerns I have. Ismael deserves special recognition for always going above and beyond. He is prompt and professional. Shilo for always being so friendly and genuine! Jamie and Brooklyn for being so kind to me. Martin for being so nice! It's refreshing to live in a community where everyone is invested in making this a great place to call home. Please know that your hard work and dedication are noticed and deeply appreciated. Thank you for everything you all do to make this such a wonderful place to live. Love living here. What was planned as a short term rental has been my 12 year home. Staff is just wonderful. Most places ... have a revolving door of personnel, but ours has been stable for many years. This results in great service, attitude & understanding. They deal daily with a wide array of personalities & problems with great maturity & patience. I would like to communicate my appreciation of Jamie and Shilo for helping me locate an obscure destination here in the city ... by bringing the address up on the computer. They both showed concern and compassion for my dilemma and I was able to reach my destination with ease. Thanks very much. But that was just a continuation of the professionalism they show, not just to myself but to every tenant (i really believe) because they are consistently pleasant and very cordial (Brooklyn as well) whether paying the rent or reporting problems in the apartment. I just want to tell everyone how much I love living at Country CLub at the Meadows. Everyone here, including my neighbors ... have become my little family. Shilo in the office has worked with me since I rented the place. She always has a smile on her face. My husband I want to commend the staff at The Country Club of The Meadows for their handling of the pipes breaking, no ... water, etc. this past Super Bowl Weekend. Management sent out many e-mails, water was available in the clubhouse for the residents. It was evident that care, concern, kindness was shown during this difficult time. It was, as everyone knows, "Super Bowl Weekend" but not having water did not deter our community from bonding together and making the best out of an impossible issue that needed licensed plumbers to repair the pipes. A job well done by our Management Team/Maintenance Workers; you all deserve a big round of applause for your involvement this past weekend. I would like to give a 5 Star review for not only the staff and maintenance, but for Shilo the Leasing Agent. I moved in ... over 18 months ago and I would have imagined that I would move in and have minimal contact with her. As most leasing agents are nice at first then you move in and they barely speak to you. Shilo is, in my book, a Game Changer. Not only has she treated me with kindness and respect, she has gone above and beyond for me and every other resident. I've witnessed it myself. Everyone here LOVES her and she treats people as if she loves them. She says the folks at CC at the Meadows are one big happy family....Ain't that the truth! Kudos to Gaines for employing a top notch staff. Keep in mind Shilo couldn't do her job well if Jamie the Manager and Brooklyn the assistant wern't heading the team. Jamie/Brooklyn/Shiloah deal with many residents and have been able to maintain their professionalism, friendly spirit and be the sounding board for all the issues that arise in our community. When you enter the office, you take a seat and discuss the issue that brought you into the office. Sometimes it is just paying your rent, or questions about rules that need to be followed here at The Country Club of The Meadows. I have seen the ladies handle whatever comes their way in a caring, kind and intent to resolve the residents concerns. Rachelle is a huge asset to our Senior Community. She is so bubbly and fun and enthusiastic and a joy to be around. Also, ... she comes up with great ideas for activities. We very much enjoy her. Please give her a big raise or bonus! She deserves it! She decorates the Clubhouse very cute as well. Everyday we look forward to seeing her. As a side note, she is also very good at handling situations like residents who tend to be very negative and complain alot. She handles it with grace and is very skilled at communicating in such situations that come up. There are other residents who might be shy or very depressed. She is very good at including them and making them feel welcome and giving them something to look forward to. Some residents have no family or friends in the area and the Clubhouse activities are all they have to look forward to and it is their only human interaction. Rachelle is a little ray of sunshine on an otherwise sad gloomy day. She makes a huge positive impact on our lives. We already love her. I have found heaven on earth. If you are a senior and want a place to live and I do mean LIVE this is it.. Our Activity Calendar ... is filled with games,crafts, parties,shopping trips,bingo,casino visits.Rachelle(Activity Director) does an awesome job. Jamie,the manager is the best.
