of days ago when I needed the filter changed on the aircon/heating unit or today when the smoke detector was sharply beeping (needed a battery change) and John the maintenance guy came within hours of putting in order...he is very nice and professional and resolved the issues great. The activities director Rhonda is wonderful--warm and caring with all activities and indeed she goes above and beyond duties to be helpful. The Office staff are great and I had very pleasant dealings with both Cynthia and Brook but all the ladies are wonderful. I like the well kept grounds as well.

quickly and professionally. The fastest customer service of any place I have ever lived. The staff in the office are a true pleasure to deal with! The pool and the grounds are always well maintained. The clubhouse and rec rooms are first rate. They operate a great complimentary shuttle that runs to many stores, banks and other locations on a regular basis during the week. It is a nice community and offers you the opportunity if you choose to meet your neighbors and engage in a variety of social activities and physical fitness classes. The 24 hour guarded gate gives you a good feeling of safety and security. None of those people coming door to door to sell goods and services. We have had no one knock on our door unless there were authorized by us with security. No worry of "Porch Pirates" and stolen package at all. Also the mail boxes are secured inside the community center to allow additional protection for residents. Country Club at the Meadows is a great place to live. The management of the complex handled the Covid-19 challenges perfectly, just as the Governor and health care professionals advised. Yes, it caused a few sad faces, but the actions of enforcing social distancing and reducing clubhouse access and reducing activities saved lives and made for a healthier place to live. The clubhouse is now nearly functioning on a full schedule and everyone is required to wear masks when using the community center. Country Club at the Meadows is a great place to live. We reviewed a number of properties before selecting this one. Stop by and check it out, Have the ladies at the office give me a call and I will come down and share my first hand experiences of living here.

I retired recently. I was just going to travel for 6 months before doing the move. But like for everybody else the virus has yanked me back through repatriation here and my moving plans are much moved up to get away from cold Illinois.....I just talked to Cynthia on the phone who was more than helpful answering my questions. Now just need all the moving around restrictions to finally lift so I can apply for the apartment and pack the U-Haul. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful and a wealth of information that one would need for an inter-state move. Thank you. Also there was an immediate response to my inquiries both through email and telephone. I am even more convinced that I will like living in this community.Cynthia rocks! I now have moved in on May 21st 2020. Brooklyn helped with walk through and information. Went smoothly. The maintenance man was immediately sent out to make windows slide easier for my rheumatoid hands....The activities director even helped me drag up some heavier groceries!!!! to my upstairs apartment....what kindness...am still settling in but any questions or concern I had are being addressed immediately (ordering of new washer / dryer for hook up, or checking on a stiff lock). Cynthia even came over to welcome me as I was leaving with the Uhaul during her lunch hour...Fantastic people...making this huge interstate move and the process of settling in easier. Thank you so much to everybody in the management office.

I like the fact that even though they are trying to social distance, they are still willing to help their residents wtih important issues. I love the clubhouse and all the people in here. I will renew at the end of my lease term, I signed for a 24 month renewal, I wish they offered 36 month renewals. Yes I would recommend the community to anyone I know that would qualify!

it. Well she was right! She has been great from the very first day! I love Cynthia, she made me feel at home before the papers were signed! I like everything about the property! It is very quiet and the staff is second to none, always accommodating! My favorite thing about the property is that I'm always treated like family! The community is safe. I will renew my lease when it comes up again, and I would recommend it to anyone I know!
