5 Star Senior Living
I have found heaven on earth. If you are a senior and want a place to live and I do mean LIVE this is it.. Our Activity Calendar... is filled with games,crafts, parties,shopping trips,bingo,casino visits.Rachelle(Activity Director) does an awesome job. Jamie,the manager is the best. Her staff Brooklyn and Shilo follows her lead.They are always friendly and responsive. Must admit Brooklyn is my favorite. And Ismael our Maintenance man is a Star.

Jamie and Brooklyn... made the transition very easy by just speaking and doing the paper work right over the phone. When I moved from California and saw my apartment for the first time , I was pleasantly surprised.This is a quiet place to live in. There is a live guard at the gate around the clock. I loved my neighbors. The country club have many things going on such as lunches and other activities. The staff are very nice and professional. Jamie, Brooklyn and Rhonda have always been very nice to me. Rhonda works really hard to get everything organized and she’s very polite and welcoming. Thank you everybody for making me welcomed. I will miss you guys, especially my apartment. The only issue I had was finding a parking space. Unfortunately there are no assigned parking which is very frustrating.Read More about

And while I found that they are not suited... for me; I did find that these apartments would be wonderful for a lot of people. The short time I was there, I noticed a lot of camaraderie with some of the residents and office staff, which I think is wonderful, especially for single residents who live alone and need human contact and company. The model apartment that they show prospective tenants is really nice and I really liked it - also, you can NOT beat the rental prices, I looked at other apartments while I was in NV and this place has the best rental price. The Activity Director who assisted me was Rhonda. She was awesome! So personable, friendly and very welcoming. She is definitely an asset to have working at the front desk to welcome existing and prospective tenants.Read More about

I can tell you that when I entered the Meadows clubhouse, I felt so welcome by Shilo like I was already family. That alone is 50% of the reason I rented an apartment there. She welcomed me with a big smile and a lot of professionalism. Jaalah took me to view the model unit but she went the extra mile to show me 3 other units. I’ve had a few encounters with Jaalah since and each time she has maintained the same energy as if it was our first time meeting. Grandma was excited to tell me about the people in her community and about the activities they participate in together. She introduced me to Rhonda Hooper, the Community Activities Director. My Grandma sang Rhonda's praises and Rhonda did not disappoint! She went out of her way to make sure we had coffee, asked me what music I'd like to hear as we had our mini reunion(I chose Sam Cooke and she put on a station that played his music). Rhonda also took several photos of Grandma and I, which delighted us both. Great place to live!
I would rate my experience so far as a 5 star rating! Main reason for my score is it has pleasant surroundings, friendly... and accommodating staff. And I love the landscaping. I decided to renew my my lease because of the convenience of living in this area and I feel safe with the 24 hour guard gate. They are a great crew working here. Since our conversation, we have experienced nothing but joy and peace. Our work orders are completed in a timely manner. Jared from the maintenance team is very polite and professional and attentive to our needs. When we enter the recreation area of the clubhouse, we are greeted with a friendly hello and smile from the activities director, Rhonda. Many are quite old... and don't get around much, and I was one of the youngsters, late 50's. All of the facilities are kept in great shape (though a few were shut down for the pandemic.) The security personnel are quite friendly and though it sometimes takes awhile to get through the gate, I'd rather they double check the visitors, as opposed to keep the gate open (as some complexes do.) I have found them to be extremely helpful when approaching them. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I am thankful for that.
