I have lived here for about a year. Brooklyn the assistant, is attentive and responsive, understanding and caring. She cares ... for people. Everybody is very cool; I don’t have any problems with anyone. They’ve all been nice and considerate, and available. One thing I like most about the property is, that there is availability to the clubhouse, the activities that go on, and I’m apart of a poker group. The only issue I have is the apartments are just a little small, but then again, they’re for seniors, but I also came from a house. If I didn’t renew, the only reason would be to buy my own property. I have lived here about a year but feels longer. Brooke the assistant, is very concerned about you and that means a lot for ... people coming from out of town, getting accumulated to things around here. And she makes me feel comfortable. The staff is very helpful, with a compatible time to move in. They got back to me and my application in a timely matter. Coming from out of town, realizing they have a 24 hour guard at the gate was amazing. I like the idea that when I come to the gate, there's someone there to open it. And when a guest comes they question who they are.My anxiety was relieved when I was presented the apartment I got. Everyone was very patient as I had just recovered from a stroke and had a walker. I've been around town so far, and there's not a lot of places that is like this one. I love the clubhouse, it is a great place to come to, especially if your alone or do not have family or friends in town. It seems any resident who comes down here knows how to do something. It brings you out of the house. I have also never walked around another property at night like I do this one, and felt this comfortable. The entire place is lit up. The property is clean. Jamie the manager, is excellent, she had to do the job of two people when the manager left Valley View. She's always been ... very helpful when I was in need. The staff at the property is great and nice. They know their job. They even went as far as taking me to my eye doctor appointments and waited there because I needed a ride and had no one to take or stay with me. My most favorite thing about living here, are the people around here. Every neighbor is very nice. The guard at the great I like about the property. My work orders always get done within a day or two. When my lease comes up I plan on renewing. I plan to pass away here. All I can say is I'm just glad I'm here. I have lived here since August 2008. I love this community because now entering my 10th year at the Meadows, we have the best staff and maintenance. Jamie the ... Property Manager has gone out of her way to help me concerning my wife who had a stroke August 2019. We are on the 2nd floor. Difficulty with my wife getting up and down the steps but Jamie has been the best in her suggestions, just listening to me, and giving me many options to think over and pick to do. During a difficult time in my wife and myself, Jamie has made it less stress. I'm very thankful for a caring Manager. We are doing what we can medically so we can stay at this apartment complex. I’ve been at Country Club Meadows for going on 4 years now. Brooklyn the assistant and Jamie the manager is very patient ... with me and they’re good. Maintenance they’ve always came when I needed them too, its been that way so far. I like about living here that, 1 of the things is that they have the shuttle bus on Tuesdays and Thursdays that take us shopping. So far pretty much I like everything. And the fact that they still have me here. If I see something that might not work, I’ll always tell the office and maintenance. I think the property is clean and well kept. I don’t know anybody, but if I knew people, I’d like to think I’d recommend them to move here. Read More about

I've been living here for a little over a year and I have found the staff to be extremely wonderful! Jamie has been an awesome ... Manager. She is kind and caring to all the residents. Molli, the Activity Director, has been terrific! Molli also works extremely hard to bring fun activities and events to the clubhouse and vendors as well as presentations. Brooklyn and Cynthia have been wonderful too, and help make our lives easier. They are energetic and fun to share ideas with. I've loved living here! Mario, John, and Marvin are very good as our maintenance team, and they get repairs and work orders done always on time. The office staff: Jamie, Brooklyn, and Cynthia, the maintenance staff: Mario, John, and Marvin, the gate staff: Jackie, Snow, ... and Passion are very friendly and helpful.
